Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a TM Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, accurate receiving, and compliance tasks. The role focuses on maintaining stock integrity, performing reconciliations, and processing transfers while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

You will contribute to a safe, efficient store environment and help deliver legendary customer service. Responsibilities include forklift operations, freight handling, and BOPIS/OMNI reconciliations,

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• You must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, and add value.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Perform stock, inventory adjustments, and BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation tasks.
• Receive Direct POs, Freight transfers, and DC shipments; stage for loading and processing.
