Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, accurate receiving, and compliance routines. You will handle inbound shipments, transfers, and freight while maintaining stock records and supporting omnichannel processes.

Under supervision of the Store Operations Manager, you will perform forklift operations as trained, complete daily reports, and help sustain safe, efficient store operations with a focus on legendary customer service.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Process Direct POs, transfers, and freight with accuracy.
• Stock, tag, and stage freight and support omni/BOPIS reconciliations.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
