Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, accurate receiving, and compliance routines. The role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager and handles transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reconciliation while ensuring safe, efficient daily processes.

The position involves loading/unloading trucks, stocking items, operating a forklift, and contributing to BOPIS and pickup operations.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and ask to add value.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and various freight transfers, and ensure accurate receiving.
