Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role emphasizes Forklift operation, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license, and basic computer and math skills. Prior shipping/receiving or retail experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth within the store

Qualifications

Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing, and counting ability.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors.
Use coaching routines to develop Team Members and ensure standards.
Operate forklift and other equipment as needed, assist customers with loading purchases.
