Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager to ensure efficient backroom and dock processes and to drive Legendary Customer Service.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving or retail experience, basic math, and the ability to work varied shifts. A valid driver's license is preferred and required for certain tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and/or retail is preferred.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Perform receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting per company standards.
• Assist customers and support store operations under Store Operations Manager guidance.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as trained.
