Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role involves receiving Direct POs, store transfers, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and maintaining inventory integrity on a fast-paced retail floor.

Candidates should have shipping/receiving or retail experience, be 18+, and hold a valid driver's license. Forklift operations and propane handling may be required.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing, and counting accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and add value.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections and handle propane use.
