Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role handles PO receipts, transfers, backroom tasks, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and stock adjustments while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Greet the customer, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions.
• Operate forklift and propane procedures as required.
• Process BOPIS/OMNI, reconcile reports, and support inventory accuracy.
• Receive Direct POs and shipments; manage freight, transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Stock and tag freight; create fill-to-capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
• Partner with Store Ops Manager on inventory control and compliance.
