Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations by managing inventory accuracy, receiving, adjustments, transfers, and compliance routines. This role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager to align backroom and dock activities with the new operating model.

You will operate forklifts, assist customers, prepare Pick/Pack duties, complete BOPIS and RTV processes, and run required reports.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and vary hours including nights and weekends.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Process UPS/FedEx shipments, freight claims, and recycling as applicable.
