Job summary

Tractor Supply Company Center is seeking a Receiver to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy and compliance routines essential to store operations. The role coordinates with the Store Operations Manager and supports BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, freight handling, and safety practices.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, direct PO and DC transfer receipt, and maintaining accurate records while delivering Legendary Customer Service to shoppers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA and customer engagement.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as required for loading and stocking.
• Receive Direct POs and DC transfers; stage items for recovery and transfer.
• Complete BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reports.
• Support inventory control, compliance, and proper documentation.
