Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance duties. You will manage Direct POs, Freight, and DC transfers while coordinating with the Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely forklift operation, processing OMNI orders, and maintaining accurate records and reports. A valid driver’s license and basic math/reading skills are required; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, add value, and show appreciation.
• Lead with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and coaching of team members.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and use of propane as required.
• Pull OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Receive Direct POs, Freight, and DC transfers; stage totes for Freight Team.
• Stock and label direct vendor freight, DC freight, and leather footwear per standards.
• Prepare Fill to Capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
