Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Receiver responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines supporting store operations. The role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager and aligns with updated ownership models for backroom and dock processes.

As part of our team, you will handle direct POs, freight, and stock adjustments, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and service excellence across day-to-day store activities.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required; retail knowledge or farming/ranching knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required; you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet customer, uncover needs, recommend solutions, ask to add value.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as needed.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
