Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to handle inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role involves receiving Direct POs, freight, and transfers, plus performing BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and daily reporting.

You will work closely with the Store Operations Manager to maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service. Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving or retail experience, are at least 18, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate Customers.
• Collaborate with Store Operations Manager on stock control, compliance, and process improvements.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases.
