Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory reconciliation, and compliance routines. The role focuses on receiving, adjustments, and reports, working closely with the Store Operations Manager.

Candidates should have shipping/receiving experience or retail knowledge, 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license, and the ability to handle forklift operations and propane dispensing where required.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Receive Direct POs and various freight, perform forklift tasks, and stage items for loading.
• Complete BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and daily inventory adjustments per policy.
• Stock and tag freight, perform inventory discrepancies follow-up, and generate reports.
• Operate forklift, baler, register, and other store equipment; assist customers.
