Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a TM Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role partners with the Store Operations Manager to improve backroom and dock processes and ensure accurate transfers and receipts.

Responsibilities include processing Direct POs, freight, BOPIS reconciliations, and daily inventory adjustments, while maintaining safety, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver''s license.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Deliver on customer service through GURA: greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, add value, and appreciate the customer.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections and follow safety procedures.
• Receive Direct POs, inbound freight, transfers, and reconcile reporting.
• Support inventory adjustments and cycle counts, including Buybacks/RTV.
