Tractor Supply Company is seeking a TM Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role partners with the Store Operations Manager to implement updated operating models and ensure smooth backroom and dock processes.

The position emphasizes flexibility, reliable attendance, and delivering Legendary Customer Service while handling forklift operations and various receiving tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Greet customers and deliver Legendary Customer Service per GURA.
• Assist in inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines.
