Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role processes POs, transfers, and freight while coordinating with the Store Operations Manager to maintain efficient backroom and dock operations.

You will perform forklift operations, safety checks, and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer service excellence in a retail rural lifestyle

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts (nights, weekends, overtime as needed).
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers.
• Stock and tag direct vendor freight, front/sidelot DC freight, and leather footwear according to process standards.
• Operate forklift and perform propane inspections as required.
