Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will handle receiving, reconcile inventories, and assist with BOPIS/OMNI processes, while maintaining safety and service standards across shifts.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a focus on customer service, with opportunities to develop skills in forklift operation and freight handling within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver legendary customer service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and add value.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reporting.
• Receive Direct POs and freight, unload trucks, and stage items for the Freight Team.
• Inventory adjustments and discrepancy resolution per company standards.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
