Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role covers receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, and reporting, coordinating with the Store Operations Manager to align with the refreshed operating model.

We value shipping/receiving experience, retail or farming knowledge, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Receive Direct POs and transfers; stage for Freight Team.
• Stock and tag freight; perform forklift inspections as required.
• Complete BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reports.
