Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will handle receiving, reconciliation, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to align with the updated operating model.

You will participate in BOPIS/OMNI routines, stock/direct freight, and ensure safety and forklift operations. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: greet, uncover needs, recommend products, add value
• Coach team members and reinforce standards
• Perform forklift and propane inspections as needed
• Receive Direct POs and freight, execute unloading plans, stage totes, and complete reports
• Stock and tag freight, create fill-to-capacity picklists for Freight Team
• Adjust inventory and review on-hand reports, buybacks and RTVs
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• May perform other duties as assigned
