Job summary

Tractor Supply in Woonsocket, RI is hiring a Receiver who manages inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines to support store operations. The role handles receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTVs, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

You will use forklift and other store equipment, participate in BOPIS/OMNI processes, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver7s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Customer Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections and key propane use as required.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Complete BOPIS Reconciliation Report and BODFS Reconciliation Report according to company standards.
• Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers, including new and open transfers.
• Receive and key truck, execute truck unload plan, stage totes for Freight Team Leader, and complete Loader Feedback Survey.
