You will collaborate with the Store Operations Manager, perform forklift and inspection tasks, and support BOPIS/OMNI processes while maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, ask to add value.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to team members.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
• Receive Direct POs and various freight transfers; stage items for loading.
• Stock and tag direct vendor freight and DC freight following standards.
• Create fill-to-capacity pick lists for the Freight Team.
• Manage inventory adjustments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Review and act on Negative On Hand reports and follow-up.
