Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts; vary hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA steps: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add value, Appreciate.
• Operate forklift, powers, and related equipment as needed.
• Pull OMNI orders, support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and complete related reports.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control, compliance, and receiving standards.
