Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role handles receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The position emphasizes adherence to updated operating models, front sidewalk/sidelot presentation, and backroom/dock/assembly recovery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, Appreciate customers.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading with legendary behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Complete forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
• Receive Direct POs and DC/Freight transfers and execute unloading plans.
• Stock and tag freight and prepare fill to capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and procedures.
• Operate forklift, baler, cash register, and assist customers.
