Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role involves handling receiving, adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to align with the updated operating model.

The position emphasizes front sidewalk/sidelot changes and backroom/dock recovery, with responsibilities including BOPIS

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience required or preferred.
• Retail experience and related knowledge are strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate forklift and assist with loading and unloading tasks.
• Support inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines.
• Complete BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reports.
• Process shipments, freight, and transfers according to procedures.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
