Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role handles receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting, coordinating with the Store Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value).
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as needed.
• Receive Direct POs, center freight, and DC transfers; stage goods for processing.
• Stock and tag direct and DC freight; perform inventory adjustments as directed.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control, compliance and processes.
