Job summary

Sorenson Communications seeks a Warehouse Technician to help manage incoming equipment, perform quality checks, and document defects for RMAs. You will update the SDB system and coordinate with Sorenson teams to ensure testing and inventory accuracy.

Role involves processing defective devices, assisting with shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while supporting warehouse leadership and cross-functional tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required, training provided.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office tools.
• ASL background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform IQC on equipment received from the manufacturer.
• Test incoming devices and document defects for RMAs.
• Update inventory in SDB and coordinate with Sorenson teams.
• Process defective devices and assist with shipments and testing processes.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and support warehouse tasks.
