Responsibilities

• Manage and test incoming equipment with IQC processes.
• Log defects and reassign defects via Excel and SDB.
• Process defective videophones and create RMAs.
• Clean tested units for reuse.
• Maintain monthly defective VP reports.
• Follow inventory quality control testing policies.
• Coordinate shipments with warehouse staff and carriers.
• Adhere to safety and workplace cleanliness.
• Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers on testing processes.
