Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking an RMA Technician to oversee the returned product process, testing, refurbishing, and re-shipment of reusable CaptionCall phones. You will help receive and organize returns, manage the RMA workflow, and provide routine reports on shipping and operational challenges.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, computer skills, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment. Travel is limited; a strong team mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Word and Excel for reporting.
Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Team oriented with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

Assist with receiving, processing, and organizing returned equipment and warehouse materials.
Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment when trained/certified.
Organize and prioritize warehouse components.
Manage and organize the RMA process to test all defective returns.
Refurbish and reship returned phones that are operational.
Provide weekly and monthly reports of items shipped and summaries of challenges and successes.
Willing to take on new tasks and assignments; maintain a positive attitude.
Work as a team member across company departments.
