Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals is seeking a Quality Control Technician to work primarily in the QC area of a branch warehouse. The role involves performing QC on returned equipment, ensuring items are in prime condition, and repairing or logging issues as needed.

You will assist other departments and support safety and organization in a fast-paced warehouse. The position requires basic AV and computer equipment knowledge, with willingness to adapt to changing workloads and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with professional AV equipment and computer equipment.
• Basic understanding of inventory software for workload forecasting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform QC procedures on returning equipment.
• Ensure cases and equipment are presentable and in working condition.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Organize and store tested equipment.
• Process missing or damaged equipment correctly.
• Meet deadlines and adapt workflow to client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support to clients.
• Follow directions from department leaders and managers.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
