Job summary

Penske is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory, streamline administrative processes, and support maintenance operations for improved service, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role is based at the Londonderry facility and requires strong collaboration with the branch team and central ordering partners.

Responsibilities include inventory optimization, parts ordering, warranty coordination, and process analytics to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service and reduce loss.
• Order parts with centralized procedures to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Receive, store and organize parts; perform frequent cycle counts.
• Manage battery inventory and ensure tire stock in correct specs.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with warranty department.
• Support scheduling of repairs as parts become available with branch teams.
• Provide vendor support and ensure correct payments.
