Qualifications

• Interpersonal and relationship building skills to collaborate with branch team.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• Regular attendance and willingness to travel as necessary.
• 2 years+ experience in customer service and operations is preferred/required

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and reduce loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts with Centralized Parts Ordering daily.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet; perform frequent cycle counts.
• Manage the battery and tire inventory to ensure proper quantities.
• Coordinate warranty items shipments and returns with warranty department.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Ensure vendor support and payments are processed correctly.
• Perform process analyses in Inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns, cycle counts and RO reviews.
• Use ServiceNet or AS400 to analyze operations for problem solving and improvements.
• Support the branch financial manager to improve profitability.
• Tackle projects and tasks as directed by Branch/ District Financial Manager
