Everforth Apex seeks a Senior Digital & IT Analyst to lead SAP PP/Production Planning initiatives in Erie, PA. You will configure and integrate SAP modules, partner with business teams, and drive IT solutions across ERP processes.

The role requires 7+ years of experience with SAP ECC/PP, strong analysis skills, and the ability to manage projects and deliverables end-to-end. On-site work in the Erie area is expected, with a broad benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Seven or more years of experience integrating business function responsibilities with business analysis expertise.
• Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP ECC application and PP module.
• Knowledge of integration methods and computing environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan-to-Produce areas supporting our Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and Operations teams.
• Provide SAP configuration and integration expertise with the SAP Production Planning module.
• Provide day to day support for SAP ECC6 Eco-System.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and procedures to effectively identify and implement IT solutions.
• Actively engage key business partners to identify/validate opportunities, ensure alignment with business strategies and define functional area roadmap.
• Plan, manage and implement projects in the business systems and ERP space.
• Develop, document, communicate, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Ensure all are met during the project delivery process.
• Define project requirements by identifying project schedule, milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establish and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate with users and peers to provide functional and technical support.
• Resolve complex user reported issues in a timely manner.
• Lead implementation of corporate and division initiatives and actively participate on teams.
• Create operational documentation and KPI metrics.
• Perform system, interface, and batch monitoring.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training to business users and IT team, including sharing best practices.
• Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.

Collaborating with Group and Division subject matter experts and vendors, leads or co-leads single technology or regional IT projects with accountability for completing on time, budget, and meeting expectations.
