Job summary

Everforth Apex currently seeks an Inventory Planner III in Kirkland, WA for a night-shift role (5:00 PM–3:30 AM, Wed–Sat). You will manage and expedite materials to meet production schedules, using ERP systems and MS Excel for data tasks and reporting. This onsite position demands physical activity and collaboration with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supply chain or related fields, a strong eye for detail, and proficiency with Excel. Candidates must be U.S.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years in supply chain, inventory, or project management, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
  • U.S. citizen or eligible to work under export control laws.

Inventory Planner - Inventory Planner III

Location: Kirkland, Washington (Onsite)

COMPENSATION: $22 - $29 HOURLY

Role Overview

This position supports a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network project. The role is centered on managing and expediting materials to ensure production schedules are met. The work schedule for this role is a night shift from 5 pm to 3:30 am, Wednesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Physically move and expedite materials to support production and meet work order completion schedules.
  • Verify all materials are packaged, bagged, and tagged for handoff to the production floor.
  • Use proprietary software and ERP systems for virtual warehouse tasks and part movements.
  • Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies.
  • Communicate with quality control, purchasing, and other departments to resolve problems.
  • Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with the MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum due to applicable export control laws.
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, warehousing, or inventory control.
  • 2+ years of experience using MS Excel, with the ability to navigate and interpret data.
