Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an inventory-focused team member in Minnesota to execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for both the front end and pharmacy. You will support receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy while ensuring on-hand balances and pricing are current.

You will engage customers, uphold service standards, and collaborate with the pharmacy team to manage stock, pricing, and warehouse processes. A willingness to work a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coach inventory management for store and pharmacy.
• Receive, count, price, returns, and manage in-store inventory processes.
• Open/close the store in the absence of store management when required.
• Assist customers and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate on-hand balances and pricing across departments.
