Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory and Operations Associate to manage front-end and pharmacy inventory, execute planograms, and support receiving, pricing, and returns.

You will train teammates, ensure on-shelf availability, assist with cycle counts, and uphold policy, while serving customers and handling POS transactions. In designated stores, you may lead in the absence of store management and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling front-end and pharmacy inventory processes.
• Ability to review reports and maintain accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Familiarity with inventory controls, recalls, and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team members on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans in all deliveries while the vendor is in the store, including common carrier deliveries. Focuses on One Box receiving and resolves issues.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments posted for products received; completes postings of pharmacy orders and recalls, and reports shortages or damaged product.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end process including planogrammed departments and vendor returns; manages disposals and scans.
• Maintains pharmacy inventory activities including recalls, vendor returns, and postings; handles non-controlled, and damaged salvage returns.
• Maintains pricing activities including price changes, markdowns, and signage accuracy.
