Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal) or one year of prior retail work experience (external).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy and front end inventory management activities (receiving, counting, ordering, returns).
• Validate and ensure accuracy of planograms and pricing; oversee on-hand balances across departments.
