Job summary

Walgreens in Wayzata, MN is seeking an inventory and operations associate to execute, monitor, and train on inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy.

You will review reports, manage on-hand balances, assist with asset protection, pricing changes, and cashier responsibilities, and support the leader on duty in store opening/closing and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.
• Possess a valid pharmacy license/certification as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Ensure On-Shelf Availability and planogram accuracy.
• Review reports and system applications impacting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Open/close duties with cash handling when leader on duty.
• Lead customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
