Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage inventory for both front-end and pharmacy. You will execute receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms, ensuring accurate on-hand balances and shelving.

The role emphasizes customer service, issue resolution, and adherence to store procedures in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse/vendor inventory processes, handling cash and POS transactions when needed, and assisting with pharmacy

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Support inventory receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planograms.
• Review reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Open/close store duties, cash handling, and POS task execution.
• Lead customer engagements and resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Coach team on warehouse/vendor inventory processes and pricing tasks.
• Assist in pharmacy inventory processes, recalls, and invoicing accuracy.
• Ensure on-shelf availability and accurate stock across departments.
