Job summary

Walgreens in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a team member to manage store inventory and support pharmacy operations. You will track deliveries, count stock, price items, and help ensure accurate on-hand balances while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will also assist with store opening/closing duties, handle cash transactions, and support reporting and compliance tasks to uphold inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory practices across store front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate usage of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform asset protection tasks and handle discrepancies, overages, shortages, and damages.
• Open/close the store when required and assist with cash handling and POS tasks.
• Assist with ordering, pricing changes, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
