• Models customer service best practices for team members to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Executes inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments with pharmacist-in-charge and posts orders daily.
• Manages On-Shelf Availability end-to-end for planogrammed departments and coordinates vendor returns.
