Job summary

Kdc One in Groveport, OH is seeking a Material Control Coordinator to own inventory accuracy, SAP transactions, and forklift operations between production, warehouse, and transportation. You’ll coordinate pick lists, shipments and material returns, reconcile inventory in SAP, issue labels, stage materials for production, and schedule inbound/outbound deliveries.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred; prior experience with powered industrial equipment and knowledge of GMPs, OSHA, DOT, and EPA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience with powered industrial equipment in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs, OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating and overseeing PIT equipment (forklifts, turret trucks, etc.).
• Coordinating pick lists, shipments, and material returns.
• Reconciling inventory and processing transactions in SAP.
• Issuing labels and staging materials for production.
• Scheduling inbound/outbound deliveries and managing documentation.
• Auditing inventory and resolving discrepancies.
• Acting as the SAP subject matter expert and trainer for forklift operators.
