Job summary

MULTIVAC U.S. is seeking a Parts Room Team Lead to coordinate inbound shipments, handling inventory and processing transactions in SAP. You will ensure accurate receipt, inspection, and putaway of materials and resolve discrepancies with vendors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2 years in shipping/receiving or manufacturing, plus SAP experience and forklift certification. Expect a 9:00am–6:00pm schedule with no travel. Safety and quality are emphasized across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years shipping/receiving or manufacturing experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with RF scanning operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in weekly factory parts shipments and process receipts in SAP.
• Inspect goods; verify material numbers and quantities.
• Make goods available for stocking or shipping in staging areas.
