Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of materials across multiple departments including shipping and receiving.
• Ensure production personnel have necessary parts for uninterrupted operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, resolve errors, and expedite parts as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and solve material availability gaps.
• Use the Master Schedule to create and distribute daily production schedules.
• Audit material replenishment cycles and recommend inventory procedures.
• Implement engineering release and change management processes.
• Supervise or direct hourly material handlers and stock chasers.
