Job summary

The Client Care Shipper / Receiver role at LVMH Group is based in our Long Island City, New York workshop and oversees inbound and outbound shipments with a focus on finished goods and supplies. Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping/receiving, logistics, or operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and process adherence.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate professionally.
• Forklift license is an asset; in-house training provided by company.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Documentation: determine methods, prepare bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
• Receiving & Warehousing: inspect, verify contents, record shortages, unpack and organize goods.
• Repair Intake Administration: assess repairs, quotations, and RMS invoicing.
• Workshop Operations Coordination: coordinate with Workshop, Retail, and Client Services teams; support admin and operations.
