Job summary

Glass House Brands Inc. is seeking an Inventory Lead for our California stores to support inventory, compliance, and daily operations at the store and delivery level.

You will partner with the Inventory & Compliance Manager, lead loss prevention, manage back-of-house tasks, and ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and product flow while upholding regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong communication, training, and teamwork to drive profitability and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or cannabis environment.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coach and develop the store team; succession planning.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain back-of-house areas and loss-prevention practices.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory cannabis requirements.
• Communicate goals and store performance to the team.
• Support merchandising and product displays.
