Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Inventory Lead to partner with Store Leadership to manage back-of-house operations, inventory accuracy, and compliance within a busy cannabis store.

The role supports the Inventory & Compliance Manager and drives profitability through training, policy adherence, and proactive problem solving. Responsibilities include leading store operations, loss prevention, shipping/receiving, and maintaining organized stock while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Leader in a retail environment.
• Must pass a federal background check via Live Scan in certain markets.
• B.A. preferred, but experience is paramount.
• Experience working in a highly regulated businesses is desirable.
• Exhibits strong leadership skills amongst peers and have confidence communicating at the store level.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead store-level operations with accuracy and timeliness per company policies.
• Support loss prevention awareness and adherence across the store.
• Assist in shipping/receiving and fulfillment processes.
• Maintain organized backstock and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety procedures.
• Communicate store directives and performance goals to the team.
• Drive profitability by coaching, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
