Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an Inventory Lead to support store management and optimize back-of-house operations, aligning with compliance requirements and daily inventory workflows.

The role partners with the Inventory & Compliance Manager to oversee policy, procedures, and administrative duties related to inventory and product across store locations. It requires strong leadership and experience in a regulated retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Leader in a retail environment.
• Must pass a federal background check via Live Scan in certain markets.
• B.A. preferred, but experience is paramount.
• Experience working in highly regulated businesses is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store’s profitability by guiding team members in delivering a positive and friendly experience by engaging the customer through thoughtful conversation and exceptional service.
• Prioritizes and communicates department issues to the Inventory & Compliance Manager.
• Ensure vendor/distributor deliveries and vendor/distributor payment pickups are optimized for maximum effectiveness.
• Partner with store leadership to educate and communicate hourly and daily goals to drive sales.
• Supports and assists floor coverage including breaks and lunches in accordance with business needs, traffic trends and Meal Break Policy.
• Prioritizes and communicates department insights to the Inventory & Compliance Manager.
