Responsibilities

• Oversee supply inventory control and receiving processes.
• Verify counts and accuracy of parts and shipments.
• Post receipt transactions in ERP systems.
• Record inventory transfers, shipping and receiving.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate reports.
• Re-stock and fulfill department supply requests.
• Pull orders and assist transfers between locations.
• Log shipments and note damages/shortages.
• Inform departments when orders arrive or ship.
