Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in California. You will drive the store product strategy, oversee inventory shifts, and manage all back-of-house product operations to ensure floor and BOH stock is organized.

You will contribute to hiring decisions, coach team members, and serve as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience with technical product education.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology.
• Experience leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing) are executed.
• Engage team to create a fun, productive shift environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and support sell-through strategy and availability.
• Review daily data to inform actions and pricing for outlets.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
• When on Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor and educate guests on products.
