Aerotek in Baltimore, MD seeks an Inventory and Fleet Specialist to ensure inventory of uniforms, equipment, and fleet assets is accurate and well-managed. The role covers the full lifecycle from distribution to disposal, with a focus on policy adherence and efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, fleet, or property management.
• Knowledge of inventory control and asset management practices.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to use inventory management systems and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory of uniforms, equipment, supplies, and assets to ensure accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute inventory items promptly.
• Support maintenance of inventory systems and asset tracking databases.
• Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate uniform issuance, exchanges, returns, and replacements.
• Monitor stock levels and suggest replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries and maintain supplier relationships.
• Process disposal or replacement of damaged or surplus equipment.
• Maintain organized, safe storage facilities with proper labeling.
• Assist with fleet vehicle equipment inventory and re-supply for operations.
• Support fleet maintenance tracking and scheduling for safe vehicles.
• Perform data entry for inventory, fleet activities, and maintenance inspections.
• Provide responsive internal customer service for equipment and fleet needs.
• Collaborate with team during a 1-step panel interview process.
